June 2026 Club Grading
It was a fantastic (and warm) summer grading this weekend!
Well done to all our students who came and gave it their all. There were many happy faces with their new belts!
Training with Paolo Bolaffio Sensei May 2026
Randori SKC were delighted and honoured to again host Paolo Bolaffio Sensei, 9th Dan, for a weekend of top class karate.
Yet again we were all stunned by what we were shown, and left with the knowledge that there is so much more we don’t know!
A fantastic time was had by all, and we are looking forward to next time!
HDKI GB Southern Region Championships 2026
Joe, Ana and Paul made the long journey to Cheltenham to get some valuable experience ahead of the HDKI Internationals in Japan this year.
It was an excellent day filled with great karate, and we’re delighted that Ana won gold in kumite, Joe took double silver, and Paul double bronze.

Congratulations to all our students who successfully passed their gradings today!
There was some great karate and excellent attitudes on show throughout!
A Weekend Of Success
Firstly, Joe travelled down with the HDKI – GB squad to attend the Legend Championships, bagging himself a bronze medal in the Kumite! Well done Joe.
And secondly, Steven Mansell, after a lot of hard work, a tough course with Paul Uren Sensei and a spirited grading, passed his Nidan!
HDKI Christmas Course 2025
Members of Randori attended the HDKI Christmas Course to train under Scott Langley Sensei, Matt Pain Sensei, and Paul Uren Sensei.
We were also delighted for Kelly Atkinson Sensei being presented with her Dan grade Certificate by Simon Bligh Sensei.
